Banner Parade
We need volunteers to carry the banner in the Banner Parade on Wednesday evening. Please contact Julie at uumn@uumn.org to indicate your willingness.

Dining on Sunday evening
In the past, UUMNers have enjoyed a meal together on Sunday evening after all of the festivities have wound down. If you would like to be part of this gathering, please fill out the following link to indicate your interest and the number in your party: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfhPqABzD5R0uAFoyTVkGGS-5n0ZEsGvID646a2oflWtV7Qlw/viewform?usp=sf_link

I
f you have a little bit of flexibility in your schedule at GA and could give some time to UUMN, please take a look at this sign-up sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1OeUXbPi2eyCM1CceeQ_kdQcdkVuQ0oaSHUBFFIXFf6w/edit?usp=sharing All of the white spaces are times when the Exhibit Hall will be open. Quiet space and counsel at GA
GA is a time like no other – energizing, exciting…and often, stressful.  UUMN President ProTem Shawn McCann and Moderator Deb Weiner are available to you during GA for talk, quiet counsel, or other support.  You can reach us by calling or texting as follows:  Shawn -  978-257-0846; Deb – 617-513-6614.  In addition, we’ll be available in two suites (thanks to Julie Shaw) to meet with you if you wish:  Weds. from 4-5 PM, in the Cotton Mill Room at the Hampton Inn and Suites, and Sunday from 10:45 -11:45 AM, in the President’s Suite at the Hilton Riverside, Room 5086. There will be cold soft drinks available.  Come, come… if you want support, a friend, a place that is free from delegates…whatever – UUMN is here to support you!

Question at the exhibit table
Our UUMN exhibit table this year will include a place where people can let others know what they love about UU music in their congregations and their lives. Please stop by early to help “prime the pump” by adding your ideas early in the week.
