Resources. Inspiration. Education.

UUMN is in the connection business. Since 1985, the Unitarian Universalist Musicians Network has been connecting music leaders throughout the United States and Canada to the resources they need and to colleagues who bring new insights to their work. With enthusiastic online discussions and a robust annual conference, UUMN nurtures, educates and inspires its members to create transformative worship.

Big Changes Ahead

On August 3, 2018, the membership of our organization overwhelmingly voted to approve a new name. Beginning January 1, 2019, our organization will be known as the Association for Unitarian Universalist Music Ministries (AUUMM).

We also approved our new mission statement: "The mission of the Association for Unitarian Universalist Music Ministries is to support music and worship arts professionals, leaders, and those they serve through advocacy, education, and inspiration."

Additionally, we have updated our membership fee structure which will reduce rates for many of our current members while making it more affordable for congregations with multiple music professionals and music leaders to join AUUMM as a staff team.

If you have ideas to share or are seeking answers to musical questions,
UUMN will be an invaluable resource. Please join us!
